Women happy to take care of themselves and appearance, including hair affairs. Starting just a weekly or monthly treatments such as hair spa, cream bath, or whatever the name of the standard treatment for healthy hair. But you know, women more often do activities that damage the hair and scalp?

The survey by the U.S. Census by TNS Global indicates, women aged 18-64 years in 11 countries spend 40 minutes each day to care and styling your hair. It's just 30 minutes of total time spent on various activities damaging. What are the activities that damage the hair? This survey says, wash your hair with shampoo that does not fit the types and hair needs, blow dry, hair straightening, even simple things like the wrong way when combing and dry hair with a towel can damage the hair.

Explained further, women tend to dry your hair with a polished manner, not squeezed in a towel. While combing the wrong way is if done too often with the unwanted comb your hair type. The habit of combing the hair to donate 23 percent damage. Tying the hair for too long with a hair tie too tight and hard to hurt and damage the hair. All the mistakes made by women to make the hair cuticle is lifted and eventually the hair becomes dry, rough, wrinkled.

Although women liked the salon and was busy with a variety of treatments, eight out of 10 people experience hair damage. While only two of eight women who are concerned and aware of the damage and do something to fix it, and six of them did not do anything.

A woman's hair style is often seen, but apparently not guaranteed healthy hair. What about you? How concerned with the often tortured hair?
